For and installation using two open flanges, be sure to account for the thickness of the flange back plates; the total space they occupy in the wall-to-wall width must be subtracted from the closet rod Length. Measure and mark locations for each flange. Slide flanges over closet rod. With assistance, hold rod and flanges in place and secure flanges into mounting surface.Mounting With Two Invisible Flanges
Measure and mark locations for each flange. Screw back plates to walls. Slide cuffs over closet rod. With assistance, hold rod in place and thread cuffs onto back plates.Mounting With One Open and One Closed Flange

Measure and mark locations for each flange. Secure open flange to surface and slide closed flange over closet rod. While rod rests in open flange, secure closed flange to surface.
